A Building Permit Application for general construction should be submitted for roofing, sidewalks, carports, sheds, and construction involving structural modification to an existing structure. No work may begin prior to issuance of a permit and may be subject to a Macon Planning and Zoning Hearing if it is determined that any portion of the application requires a variance or special use.
