Located within Blees Park, 1402 S Missouri Street, Building D, the historic Round House was originally a lakeside dance pavilion constructed on the grounds of the Blees Military Academy.

The Round House is open year-round and is available for weddings, family reunions, birthday parties, and meetings.  The facility has an indoor bathroom, central heat and air-conditioning, a kitchen style counter with a sink and garbage disposal.  There is also a full-size refrigerator (no freezer) and tables and chairs.

Fire Code limits occupancy to 49 people.

Outside is a picnic-site BBQ grill and fire pit. Blees Park playground and Blees Lake are immediately adjacent to the Round House site.

The rental fee is $75 per day with a $100 deposit.  The deposit is due one week from the date you make your reservation.  A hold-harmless rental agreement must be completed the day of your rental (or on Friday if your date is on the weekend) and the $75 fee paid.

The reserving of the Round House is handled through the City Clerk’s office at City Hall.  Please call 660-385-6421 to make your reservation.  No political or Fundraising/Selling activities permitted.
